A 16 month old child presented with opsoclonus myoclonus syndrome.
MRI abdomen reveals a well defined mass lesion in right suprarenal region. Characteristic site of mass lesion and typical correlative clinical features led to presumptive diagnosis of neuroblastoma.
Peroperatively lesion was found to be neuroblastoma.
